Job Summary:
Reporting to the Board Treasurer and in partnership with the Executive Director (ED), the Development Director (Director) will plan and implement a development and fundraising program to provide for Wheel Fun’s short- and long-term needs as Wheel Fun continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the Development Director will have the opportunity to build the development function.

Location: Tucson or Pima County.
Work Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week during regular business hours and occasionally during the evenings or weekends pending appointments and other travel.
Work Environment: This employee will work primarily remotely in the Tucson/Pima County area. This position requires some same-day and overnight travel to fill the job description. The individual must have access to a vehicle, which must be available as needed for work travel (mileage reimbursement provided). Must be able to drive, stand and sit for extended periods of time and be able to life 25 pounds. All employees will be subject to a background check.
Compensation: Salary – $60,000 - $70,000 Negotiable based on experience.
Benefits: Paid vacation and sick time. Work from home.
